Before you write in
Include:
- your DAW and its version
- your OS — macOS or Windows, and the version
- CLAP or VST3
- what you expected and what happened instead

CHORAL is built and tested against:
- FL Studio
- Ableton Live
- Bitwig Studio
- Studio One
- Reaper
- Cubase and Nuendo
Not yet supported:
- Logic Pro — needs an Audio Unit build
- Pro Tools — needs an AAX build
Common questions
- Where is my serial?
- On your account page, and in the email from your purchase. Support can also look it up by the email you bought with.
- I changed computers and it says I am out of seats.
- Release the old machine from your account page — the Machines section has a button for each one. That frees a seat immediately, and the new computer activates with room to spare.
- The plugin is silent.
- It is not muting anything — an unlicensed or lapsed CHORAL passes your dry signal through, so if you hear the raw vocal, that is the bypass, not a fault. Sign in or start a trial and the effect comes back. If you hear nothing at all, check the track routing first; CHORAL does not output silence.
- It will not install / the DAW does not see it.
- Make sure you copied the .vst3 or .clap into the right plug-in folder and rescanned in your DAW. On macOS the first load can take a moment while the system checks the signature. If it still does not appear, email support with your DAW and OS version.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days, no interrogation. The trial exists so you can decide before you pay, but if you bought and it is not for you, write in and it is done.
- Do you take feature requests?
- Yes, and they get read. An external-carrier mode and Logic Pro and Pro Tools support are the ones asked for most; they are noted and not promised on a date.
